not happy at all spent £1300 on a sony vaio just over 6 months ago and last week noticed that when charging if you turned the lead round-it would stop charging and the jack was slightly loose? sent in last week and been told that it is my fault????? not happy at all and have disputed it as my fault- my other cheaper Acer laptops seem to be going strong and the laptop has no physical damage around the area!
Awaiting a response from sony now, but out of order. Been told it would cost me £130+ to rectify..i havent even paid for completely yet? any ideas what to do?
Thought sony were good quality- having bought ps3,ps2, bravia tv etc etc...
