charging problems

hi can anyone help me i have a mp3 player nwd b103 the problem i have is it just keeps on charging and charging even after 3 hours i take it out of the ubs port to turn the power on and nothing happens the product is brand new

Try the possible solutions listed in the following troubleshooting guide - How to troubleshoot a portable player that is not functioning properly or does not turn on or off? & if after you have tried them you still have a problem then I would suggest asking your retailer to exchange your walkman..
