In Sep 2020, I purchased a Sony Android TV, KD-49XH8196 that has a Satellite receiver in addition to the Terrestrial receiver for free view.

With the help of this group, I was able to download just the "Free-To-View" satellite channels and using the Sony Channel Editor, I was able to see there were 188 channels available. Many were duplications of ITV, BBC etc.

My previous Panasonic TV used the Postcode to get the Freesat EPG for my region.

Since the new Sony TV doesn’t have the ability to select the “Freesat” local region channels, I have found a method so that my Satellite EPG shows the channels as they appear in the weekly "TV Choice" magazine that I purchase. This is my channel list.

Note: the reason that BBC One W Mid (non-HD) is at the top is that at lunchtimes (13:30 – 13:45), BBC One HD is not broadcast so I can quickly switch to non-HD
