Xg9005 playstation issue

Trying to play ps4 Pro on my new TV the picture goes black every few seconds and hdmi2 and display info appears. It's happening every few seconds it's so annoying. Any help please??

Is this a settings issue or firmware?

Do you have the latest software version installed on your TV? Have you tried clearing the cached data (Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and restarting the TV (by holding the power button)?

Hi yes I've updated the firmware to the latest one and tried deleting cache. No joy. I've been chatting to Sony UK via twitter and they were their suggestions aswel. I'm waiting to see what they suggest to try next

Get a PS5 would probably be their next suggestion.
