Hello!

My TV is bricked (again) after power outage. The last time I could rescue my TV by using the recovery .pkg file on an USB stick. Sadly that file isn't for download on the Sony Website anymore.

So I asked Sony for that file and they refuse to send it to me?

Hopefully someone here can help me and send me that file. My TV model is: KE-55XH9005

Hi @noomnoom So the TV is not operating at all? If yes, I would recommend doing a forced factory reset: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00274122?link-header
