Hi @Dingdong2, very sorry to hear about what has happened.

I'm afraid that I can't help you to locate the device using your IMEI number as we do not offer such a service.

If the device is still powered on, you had a Google account and a screen lock on the device, you can try and locate it with the Google service called Find my Device.

Make sure that you also contact the police and your operator, so the device can be blocked from being used with a SIM card.

Thank you sir Jonas for the help.

I think my phone was reseted,find my device cant reach my phone or cant find the location.the phone sim number still ringing.I tried to contact it once..

Hi again @Dingdong2, sorry to hear that you still have not been able to locate your device.

Since we can't locate your device using the IMEI number, make sure to contact the police and your operator to have the device blocked from being used with a SIM card and report it stolen.
