Z2 tablet - Skype problem

Hello.

I'm new to the forums, hope this is the right section.

I'm having trouble with the Skype app.

When I place a video call the contact can see me but all I see is myself.

I can switch from front to rear cameras and the audio is fine.

Am I missing a setting ?

How is PIP activated ?

Appreciate any help, I've posted on the Skype forum too.

Z2 - KitKat 4.4.4

Skype - 5.1.0.57240

That seems to be an app issue that Sky devs have to address

This works.

I read this somewhere and I could have kicked myself.

Done it many times on PCs but it didn't occur to me.

Very simply uninstall your Skype App. I shut down my tablet for 5 minutes. Switched on and reinstalled the Skype app. Bingo - all works as normal.

Guess it will do the same if any one has the same problem on a phone.
