      <title>Phone Starts on its own</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever i put the phone (Z3+) on charge (Phone switched Off) it restarts on its own when the powers goes off and comes again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone also starts when i firstly power off the switch on the board and unplug the socket than unplug the usb cable from the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesnt starts if i first unplug the usb cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this doesnt happened with my earlier phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is every one using z3+ facing the same or Not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If it turns on and displays a large battery icon, it's normal.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;with any charger same results. safe mode...????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the phone is switched off while charging and it shows large battery icon while charging which is normal&amp;nbsp;but when i power off the swtich from the electric board and than unplug the usb cable from the phone its boots up....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why does it boots up it should remian swtiched off until&amp;nbsp;i boot it from the phone's power button.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I asked you to check in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;just to be sure no 3rd party application is causing the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;If the problem is still there then perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/Xperia-Ion/Detailed-Software-Repair-Instructions-using-Pc-Companion-Win-or/td-p/249946" target="_self"&gt;software repair from computer&lt;/A&gt;. Note that this will erase all the data on internal storage so its wise to take backups.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>@komilAD, I think you dint understand what i am asking. My phone has no issues its wroking perfectly.&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes i switched off my phone manually and put it on charge. It shows the large battery charging icon which is normal. Now suppose if the power goes off and comes again, my phone gets started which i think it should not. It should remain swtiched off until i boot it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Similary the phone also boots itself automatically if i first switch off the button from electric board than unplug the usb cable from the phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Phone remain switched off if i unplug the usb cable from the phone than unplug the charger from the board.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope u got what i m asking...</description>

If it is intentional then you can't do anything, but if it's not then you can always go to your local service centre and ask them to inspect your device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
