Hi and welcome to the community!

Have you checked so that the speaker is in pairing mode and that no other device is connected to it?

According to the manual for this speaker you should turn off bluetooth in any device that may currently be connected to it and then set it to paring mode by holding the call/play/pause button for 3-4 seconds. You should then hear a beep and the LED should blink blue every half second. When the speaker is in this mode, try searching for it from the phone under Settings -> Bluetooth.

Hi

I found that when the LENCO is powered by an USB charger it can be put into Bluetooth paring mode, and I can see it from an iPhone and my PC. But it did not show up on my new Sony M4. But when I disconnect the power cable I then can see it from my Sony M4. I don't know why it is like that. Now when I have parried the Sony M4 and the LENCO I will try put back the power cable to LENCO and see if connection still keep up.

Thanks

Glad to hear that you got it working

The only explanation i can think of that could cause something like this is that your iPhone and PC has already been paired with your speaker at some point (they will then see it regardless of pairing mode) and that the speaker would not go into pairing mode when the charger is connected.

Did it still work after you plugged back the charger?
