Messaging App cannot open sent image

I recieved a picture from an Samsung Galaxy S6. When I try to open the text string, the message app stops working. All of my other conversations still work, but everytime I try to open the conversation with the sent picture, it stops running.

I tried turning phone off and back on, did not solve the problem.

Please advise.
