When will Xperia 1 get the next Update? Last Update was on April/May 😞

Xperia 5 still getting Updates and have the same Software!

Please give us a new one in EU!

Sony EU has released the Android 11 for your Xperia 1 indeed which is the latest Android available so far.

thats what i know so far. but my question is about monthly security patches!

Xperia 5 (J9210) is getting every month security updates and Xperia 1 (J9110) get nothing since may 😞

both devices using the same software...

Same here in the Netherlands. Last security update was 1st of May.

Hi, here in Germany I got the security patch for the Xperia 1 II 58.1.A.5.395 from August 1, 2021.

Hi there,

Software updates are released at different times depending on the operator, market, region or country. So, there's no specific time for when the device is going to receive the update.

However, once there is an update available for the device and it's connected to the internet,you'll receive a notification with the update to install it.
