Xperia Transfer 2 not completing transfer

I try to use the Xperia Transfer 2 app to get data from my old S9 plus to my new Xperia 1. I've tried 3 times and each time the transfer has been cancelled at around 90%. Is there's a fix for this?

Let Google do the job for you.

Set Google to sync on your Samsung and it will be synced to your Xperia.

One thing to remember: chat apps need a backup from within the app.

Yes, I agree with @ Strampke , backing up with google is always better, you can have your data on any phone you use.
