I'm having a strange problem with my Xperia 1 111

It's intermittent and is happening about once in every three calls I make or receive. During the call using the phone it will put the speaker on without any prompting. It's totally random and I have to press the speaker button to switch the speaker off.

I make sure my face and fingers are not touching the screen but it still happens.

I have carried out all the sony tests built into the phone and even done a factory reset but it's still happening.

Can any of you Sony folks offer any help please?

Hey @Redboxfile, try to clear the phone's cached data (settings > apps & notifications > see all apps > phone app > storage > clear cache & data > press back and select the three dots on the top right corner and select uninstall updates. Then, you can try a forced restart by holding the power & volume+ buttons.
