Ringtone/Notification Sounds Problem

I currently have a problem with my Xperia 1 IV where ringtones and notifications only play through the bottom (right) speaker.

When playing music normally, sounds play through both speakers, so the top (left) speaker does work.

I didn't have this problem with my Poco X3 NFC.

As long as the top speakers work fine with media playback and calls, then I guess this is normal and the notifications only sound from the bottom speakers
