Hoping that I can get some help here I have a Sony Vaio Desktop from 9 years ago and I am having problems with the wireless mouse and keyboard they are not talking to each other. 😞 I have changed the batteries on keyboard and mouse twice and I have also pressed the connect button behind the desktop monitor and the connect buttons on both the wireless Sony keyboard and wireless Sony mouse it works for a few hours then disconnects itself again everything freezes on me and I have had to power off manually and that isn't going well either for the Windows 7 system that I have. 😞 Can someone tell me if there is a fix for this? Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi Aesha58,

Just looking to confirm. Your laptop fails to connect to both (Your wireless keyboard and mouse). Is this correct? Also, what's the model number of your laptop? Maybe we can look this up on Sony website.

Which Desktop do you have?

Was it originally loaded with Windows 7?

If not did these problems start after an installation?
