I have tried, on two occasions, to contact 'Chat' on support. On each occasion the obligatory (* asterisk indication) entry for model number has not been accepted. The model number I WANTED to ask about (ICF-SW7600G) was not accepted.

I could not access help from anyone without this model number and the site would not accept the model number on the front page of the user manual.

I feel like throwing the manual, the unit and ANYTHING with the Sony name on it into the trash!
