Hello,

I just bought a Sony TV 65XE8577, I have also 2 of later models in the 85 Series.

This 65 tv I choosed because you can use Youtube with voice search, which is great but

this TV it does not work.

When I press the microphone button a message shows direct " Choose another way to search"

The other 2 Sonys works great with this function.

I can not find any updates availble.

Any ideas?

Can you tell me if you have paired your remote with your TV?

If not, you will firstly need to do this before it will work.
