Hi i have a sony bravia tv KD-55XD8599, every now and then I get the message "fatel error" appear what does this mean and how can I fix it?

Hi, yes I have the latest version of firmware, I think what the problem is it's possible it could be an app installed, I performed a factory reset I didn't want to, after deleting my apps it has solved the problem for now, thanks for your reply.
