XAV-601BT ipod issue

When I plug my ipod in via USB connection to the XAV-601BT in my car the song will not play even though the ▶ icon is showing along with all the album artwork and the track details. But the song does not play, fast forward and rewind functions skip songs but no playback. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

Hi,

Only with i-pod, cds work fine. it did work and now it has just seem to of stopped.
