I have 2 x KDL -32 S 2510 and 2 x Hard Disk Recorders SVR-HDT500, both remotes work on one TV correctly but they do not operate the buttons to change channels on one TV although they do change channels on the rocker switch on the remote on both TV

Tried switching off for 15 seconds and also the reset button on the face of the HDR without success.

I would assume on HDR has given up. What do you think?
