Someone bought stuff from my account and stole from me stuff at warframe

Someone had my account details and started to but stuff with my money on my ps4 stiff without my and then when i got to my account i saw that my money and stuff spent and got stolen and then i went to sony support to ask a refund and identify from what console was used to buy the stuff from my account and they didnt answered my request. So can someone help me to get that issue solved because i asked for a refund because i didnt bought those stuff but someone else did and then all my stuff in Warframe (all the plat that i didnt spent on and all my mods and prime frames and weapons that i was grinding all gone) and no one answered cuz i went and used all the options bu going to Warframe devs and asked them for support and nothing happened and asked from sony support and they didn't do nothing.

Sony are unreliable and frankly rude!!

My PS4 was burgled from my brothers house in October. I contacted the PLAYSTATION number who gave me a reference number to give to the police for the police to contact them to track and retrieve it once it’s active.

POLICE HAS CONTACTED SONY 4 TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED ONCE!! POLICE HAVE EVEN CONTACTED PLAYSTATION SUPPORT AND THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THAT DEPARTMENT!!!

UTTER RUBBISH AND VERY UNHELPFUL.
