Like many here, I struggled to register my new TV. I tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome, with no joy. I could enter KD55XF7003 but further entries were not accepted.

Solution:

I entered my product by searching for it. The system didn't like the way I'd enetered the model number but found KD-55XF7003 acceptable. The rest of the process was straightforward.

So, use the search function or be very careful with the model number!
