    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You probably need to have ArcSoft WebCam Companion® Software installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have has a quick look and I cannot find a download for this anywhere - perhaps you will be more successful with a little more time. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, with some Software you can only get it from a full reinstallation of the original Sony OS from recovery media.  If you choose to install another version of Windows then you will have to purchase some of the software which forms part of the Sony OEM System.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.fr/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
