Sony UHD Home Cinema

Hi,

Sony have some great UHD Blue Ray players, but none are currently included in the Sony All-In-One Home Cinema systems. Do Sony have any plans to include a UHD player in one of their all-in-one home cinema systems please? If so, when is this expected to launch in the UK please?

Currently to get the benefit of one of the Sony UHD players requires constructing the home cinema system from different separate components.

aside from the UHD-player you just need one sound system, so in total two (UHD-player/sound system) seperately bought components.

I don't know if Sony is about to announce any all-in-one home cinema systems.

Thanks for quick response. Appreciate is possible to integrate together a solution, but also see all the posts on this site and others about problems that can arise.

Would prefer a Sony all-in-one solution with a UHD player, if available. So just checking if anything is likely soon.

Hello @BrianACross,

problems can arise with an all-in-one-system as well - just note that the posts here are mostly about the issues, since someone with a properly working product has no incentive to post about it

I personally don't see any negative aspect of getting e.g. a UBP-X700 with a HT-RT4.
