Getting the best out of my Sony UBP-X700

I've recently bought a Sony UBP-X700 4K player and have connected it up to my 4K Panasonic TX-40EX600B TV.

I adore technology, though I'm not 100% technologically minded (I'm compentant and happy to tinker until I get everything just right), so I just want to make sure I'm getting the best from my 4K player.

Can you guys advise me of the settings I absolutely need to make sure I have my 4K player set to in order for me to get the very best performance out of my Sony player.
