Frustrated: Free Headphones Xperia 1

It's quite frustrating to find out I pre ordered with EE direct in the UK and I don't get the free headphone??  O2, sky and even EE through carphonewarehouse.... 

Surely this should of been open directly through Sony?

Mine arrived just now. Royal Mail delivery, no email confirmation.

I've just had confirmation from the wife that my headphones have arrived and I ordered these 10pm at night on the day of launch day for the xperia 1. With no dispatch email or anything.

Looking forward to trying them out

Mine have just arrived, no email notification so very surprised. 

 Easy to set up and great sound, may have to denote my AKG's to the box under the bed!! 

 Makensure you download the Sony Headphone Connect App, it controls everything.

Seems like the matter has sorted it self out pretty good and headphones are being delivered.

Really weird.

Went through O2 UK pre-order offer. Registered on 3rd June, heapdhones came on 22nd June. No dispatch confirmation nothing....

Yeah mine arrived today with Royal Mail. I never receive dispatch email. O2 deal, ordered launch day 30th at around 4pm.

Seems some of you lucky people have been getting the headphones. I submitted my claim on the 30th too. Email confirmation and then.....Nothing. Wrote to Kondor got automated email and....Nothing! 

I keep trying these headphones in Costco I am torturing myself! 😬

Yeah it seems they haven't sent them out in chronological order according to when people claimed them The woman from kondor told me they'd arrive today or Monday at the latest so fingers crossed they'll come Monday.

In the meantime, I'd like to talk to the people who have received the headphones. I'd like to bring up an extremely important topic. What was everyone's first song they listened to on their new headphones? 😂 I spent much time deciding but finally went with Prodigy Omen. Had to give that low end a work out

And then realized they are faulty 😞

Permanent hiss in the right ear only when NC is on. No amount of resetting or fiddling will fix it, so they are going to have to go back.

What on earth happens now, I have no idea 😞
