The Xperia 1 VIII, a couple of months old, won't update Google Play Store Apps. When I try and update all, the screen goes black and blank. When I touch the phone we go back to the Play Store home page. I've tried deleting Play Store cache and data.
I've updated to Android 17 and this is the first time attempt to update apps since that update.
And when I try and raise a support ticket at Sony Support, I just get "Oh, no" on the appropriate page.
This isn't very good.
