Does the screen go black but the device is still working, or the device switches off completely ?

The device launches up to the Xperia logo, the screen turns white for a second and goes to sleep, but the device is on

And when you try to press on the power button for example, does the screen turn on?

Pressing the power button does not turn on the screen , When I connect the phone to the computer, it recognizes the phone, I turn off the phone with high volume and power button after three vibrations, please help me, I am currently in Iran and to Sony Mobile dealers

i did the software repair several times

I assume it's a hardware issue then, try reaching out to the Sony reps directly from here, the phone might needs to be repaired by their technicians.

Thank you my friend for guiding me, Unfortunately, I am currently in Iran and do not have access to a Sony Mobile repair shop

I am afraid that if you bought the device from UK, you will need to repair it in the UK as well.
