Flashlight / torch not accessable

Hi,

Another Problem with my Brand new Sony Xperia 10 VI.....

I cant turn on the flashlight / torch very often via the quickaccess Panel. It says that the Camera is using it already, which obviously is not true. I even close all open apps and it doesn't help. Only a restart helps but after a while then problem reappears.

Any bugfix? As far as I got the new phone there were several software issues, Apps crashing and freezing and my other posts here and all the Support says I should repair the software. It seems like Sony has no clue what they are doing and they care even less about customer satisfaction.

UP, nothing changed since october and this for sure is a bug in the software. Support receommended me to just send my phone for repair to the external service. This has nothing to do with this simple problem!

Maybe Sony is running this big forum, but as far as i can see, you don't care about customer feedback.
