Didn´t find any question like this, but will Sony ever release a firmware update to be able to film in 7k, 24, 25 and/or 30 FPS? Like they did with the Panasonic Lumix S1 series, opened up to film with the whole sensor.
My thinking is, if they have processor power to downscale from 7k to 4k, they should be able to just film in 7k.
Have Sony every done a firmware update like this before?
