ILCE 5000 blurred photos

Suddenly, after working fine, my ILCE5000 (Alpha 5000) takes blurred photos. It is as if it had very few MP in its receiver (CMOS, whatever). I used it for about a week prior to this. I set the programme to the top quality but this has not helped. Can anyone assist, please?

On the off chance that this is a setting you have changed you can reset the your ILCE 5000 by following this guide..

If that doesn't help then I would recommend you contact Sony support..
