Sony A7R V 120p

I have a Sony A7R V camera.  I've switched from PAL to NTSC and I'm using XAVC S HD format and a CFexpress card, however the slowest frame rate showing in the menu is 60p - 120p does not appear.

Any idea if I can change this?  Sony says the Sony A7R V will film in 120p when set to NTSC and using XAVC S HD and yet it's still not appearing as an option.

is it maybe only available in the "S&Q" part of the settings?

Unfortunately, it's the same when I switch to S&Q: only 24p and 60p are available.
