We have a KDL 49WD754 smart tv. It has lost all its apps. When I click to" all apps" nothing appears. I have checked for updates, checked it is connected to the internet - all ok. I have tried un plugging it and turning off router,resetting WPS connection, and then turning it all on again but nothing happens. No error message appears. Can anyone help ?
