When I see a Netflix show with Dolby Vision, my heart sinks!
Dark scenes are almost unwatchable, and the colour drained from the picture.
Does anyone have the same issues and has found a solution?

Yes and there was improvement.
I watch directly through the TV and not via an external device.
I've seen an update released recently for your TV, have you tried installing it? If so, does it affect the issue you were having in any way?
