How disable sound from TV channels in menu/apps

Hello. In last update, my KD-55XE8096 got new opportunity: I can see and hear TV chanels in menu(on the background, but if i open any app(example: Google Play Store), i can only hear sound, if return in menu - video on background disappears and there is only sound).

I hear sound in all aplications: in game, in video players(when pause the video).

How disable sound from TV channels in menu/apps?

Reboot Android. It is help. Now I can see and hear channels video and sound only in menu. When I launch apps, sound disappear.
