KD 49XE 9005 frame/field jumps on 50i content

Sony 49XE9005 its a great tv apart from occasional annoying frame/field jumps hopefully Sony will update the software to fix this problem ( 23.98 and 25psf mastered content seem ok).

Yeh, I didn't believe it when I was told it, and the new firmware just re-enforces that belief.

Some weeks ago, some guy with relations to Sony claimed on AVSForum that a big firmware update was about to be released (not the Oreo one though) which was supposed to fix lots of issues. Out came 6.5629 which did not fix any problem that users are dealing with on a daily basis, just arbitrary stuff.
