this is a sad day for me i have hade sony tvs since 1992 i have now changed to lg i have just got a lgzx77 the reason for this is customer support is a joke and the present sony tv i i have put in the skip along with with the rest of the crap

i have been leaving feedback with sony for over a year either they ignore me or they keep reading the same script rather than try to resolve the fault at firs they denied that the tv was at fault but there technicians have admited that the fault is with the tv i tried to get a exchange but they refused the offered m e 900 pound yet they still insist the tv is not at fault
