play mame4 for android cant start game

hi, I´ve a big problem with mame4android;

mame4android installed, roms in correcto folder, i connected a ps4 controller, i can see menu, games but i cant start a game... can any help me? thanks!!

Have you tried playing the mod version of mame4android or not? I think it should be possible to play normally
