Did this occur while watching the TV or after powering on?
The best thing to try for starters is to reset the TV to see if that helps.

It happened when I was watching cast to chromChrom, then I turned it off and back on and it was fine then the next day when I turned it on it did the lines for a few hours I reset it and then was on with Sony support and they just kept telling me to reset it so I did again and it didn't help then I went to troubleshoot in page and it was half dark half ok then it just fixed itself for the rest if the evening then I woke up about a half hour ago and the ptobpro is back but even worse and I. An seem to fix no matter wjat
