Can not register my new TV: KDL-32WD756. After keying in model number I could not proceed. Spent ages trying. Massively frustrating. Slick SONY video online saying how easy it is, and no reason not to register product. This wound me up even more. It appears this is a common problem. Sony, please resolve this issue.

I have resolved the issue. I was unable to proceed using my iphone or ipad. I decided to try again but using my laptop (Windows) and I was then able to register my product. I hope this helps others who encounter this problem.
I am unable to register my product and have seen the reply from another user that they used their laptop and it was successful however when using my laptop I am still experiencing the same issue i.e. put in product model number but then am not able to proceed any further ... am getting massively frustrated now,, can anybody help resolve this issue please...Sony have no telephone numbers on their website that I can call which is VERY UNHELPFUL

They do have a number, along with chat and email support on their contact us page.
That said, it's most likely an issue with how the model number is entered, since most retailers drop the dash in a TV model and add additional identifiers (e.g. KD-55AF9 becomes KD55AF9BU), so maybe check that first.
