I have a Sony Bravia KD-4978005C and all of a sudden it tried to reset itself however all I’m getting is the word SONY flashing on the screen as it tries to reboot. The remote isn’t working, tried turning off at the mains and leaving for 3 mins, have tried using the buttons on the rear of the TV. Power and up, down, sides!! None of this has worked. Can’t even turn it off. An6 suggestions? Thanks
