USB connection

I have a KD-49XD8305 and want to know if it is possible to connect a USD hard disk which is powered from the mains to one of the usb sockets on the TV or will the power cause a problem.

Yes, that's possible without any problems.

I'm using an external powered HDD on my TVs as well.
