Bluetooth Headphones

Hi,

I got a sony WH-CH500 in the Netherlands at MediaMarkt on 29-09-2018. i have the purchase receipt. The headphone doesnt work properly. There seems to be a defect. The receipt doesnt state anything about the warranty, it only says the return period. I would like assistance in this issue. Thanks

The product has a warranty of 2 years. You have to show the product and your purchase bon at the MediaMarkt where you bought it.
