Hi Nastya, welcome to the Sony Forums

There is no W7-compatible USB driver for older cameras such as this. Sony's technical page for the camera lists the compatible operating systems: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/DCR-HC36E/downloads/usbdrven

For W7 you need to use a firewire cable to connect from the iLink jack (Video out) on the camera. If your computer has no Firewire port, fitting a suitable card is usually quite simple and inexpensive.
