A nightmare trying to upload my pics from my Sony Cyber-Shot HX60 camera to my XP Desktop and Window 7 computers. I bought a universal card reader, put the memory card into the reader slot that was a bit loose, anyhow, the computer said the icon was on my computer but nothing else happened, although I believe there are other things I am supposed to do, but found it difficult, then my camera tells me its locked and that the memory card is upside down which it isant. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Manufactures make thing so hard to understand probably because they want you call spend loads of money calling their support numbers which are not there due to the corona-virus
