I have tried to claim £60 Cashback on my new Sony CyberShot. How do I know the request succeeded?

I have found the process of claiming my promised Cash back on my November 2o18 purchase very difficult.  I have sent of the requested documentation but I am unsure how successful my efforts have been.  Is there any way I can know whether my request has gone through.
