My new Sony ilce 5100 is not loading in Play Memories on Macbook Pro.
I have unistalled, reinstalled and essentially followed all the recommended steps posted by Sony, but all to no avail.
My setup is Macbook Pro 17 (2010) running El Capitan 10.11.6
I can download my photos onto the mac by drag and drop, but the videos don't show up in the device folders.
Any clues?
