I am absolutely feed up with Sony support.

For almost 2 years, off and on, I have tried to resolve an issue with purchasing PlayMemories Apps for my RX10M3 camera. I finally decided I was going to stick with it until I got a resolution.

I think a part of the issue is that I am living in Spain and since I didn't speak Spanish the time that I originally registered my products, I used the UK systems.

My Spanish is now better but I still do not have a solution.

I have called both the UK and Spanish support numbers. I have sent letters to both the UK and Spanish support emails. I have contacted both the Sony AV support and the Playstation support.

All the time the answer is the same - I need to contact someone else.

My problem starts when I try to log into the entertainment platform. 

It says that I have another account, would I like to link them.

When I say yes it fails.

It does not tell me where the other account is or how to access it or any other information.

I cannot get any of the 1st tier support people to hand this off to a manager to get some genuine assistance.
