Sony 360 Reality audio free trial code not working

Hi 

I have purchased the sony xm5 on apirl. when cleaning I found that there is a Music service free trail cuppon inside the box. I have tried to redeem it but its unsuccessfull. 

steps that I have followed:

1: went to the site 'https://www.sony.net/Products/360RA/FT/'

2: selected the language and country. 

3: enter the code and clicked submit. 

but no response after that nothing is happening

when I tried given wrong code intentionally i got invalid code error. 

 

Can anyone help? I really want to try that 360 audio feature in My earphones

2. Try using different internet connections.

First you need to go to this website: https://www.sony.net/Products/360RA/FT/

Then accept the terms & conditions of the promotion

Enter the code on the coupon 

Select your country

Choose Deezer, Tida, Amazon music, etc.

Then you need to create an account and enter your credit card details. PS: Leave a note about the free trial and the date of purchase so you can cancel the subscription in time.

Finally, you need to download one of the service's apps from the Play Store.

Thanks for your response

actually after selecting the music service and its asking for me to enter the access code, after entering it clicked submit but nothing happing after that. its not redirecting to the selected music service page, not even giving any response.

 

let me know anymore info required
