So I’ve got a pretty old Laptop but it works perfectly well and let’s me do everything g but download stuff like Steam and Star Wars The Old Republic. When I put in the disc and click on the icon it brings me to a log in screen because it needs my consent to be downloaded and it won’t let me click on the username and when I put in the correct password which is correct it says it’s wrong and i tried calling the Sony help line but they didn’t help, so I was wondering if anyone else had this problem
